1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the UX Horizon website and to UX Horizon apps that link to them. By using a service, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About UX Horizon
UX Horizon is an independent software brand based in India. UX Player and the other products shown on this website are developed under the UX Horizon name. Unless a product page says otherwise, products marked “Coming soon” are not yet publicly available.
3. Informational website
This website introduces UX Horizon and its planned products. Preview descriptions, visuals, features, release plans and availability may change during development. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a release date, permanent feature, price or continued availability.
4. Permission to use released apps
When an app is released, UX Horizon grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it in accordance with these terms, its store listing and applicable law. You do not acquire ownership of the app, brand, source code or other intellectual property.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use a service to violate law or another person’s rights;
- save, copy, share or play content without the necessary rights;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls or technical limits;
- interfere with a service or distribute malware through it;
- reverse engineer or redistribute an app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with UX Horizon.
6. Your files and content
You retain responsibility for files and content on your device. You must have permission to access, copy, save, play or share them. App features such as a status saver, file manager or locker do not give you rights to content owned by someone else. Back up important files; device failure, permission changes, deletion or uninstalling an app may affect local data.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Permissions should be granted only when you understand and want the related feature. You can review permissions in Android settings.
8. Third-party services and names
An app may rely on Android, Google Play, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. UX Horizon is not responsible for a third party’s service, availability or policy.
WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. UX Horizon and its status saver features are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Changes, suspension and discontinuation
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue a website feature or app when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance or business reasons. Where practical, important changes will be communicated through the website, app or store listing.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, UX Horizon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a service, including lost files, profits or opportunities. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any consumer protection that applies where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as products and legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
