Data Deletion Instructions

Most UX Horizon app data stays on your device. Follow the steps below to remove it or contact us about information you sent directly.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. No UX Horizon account is required

UX Player does not currently require a UX Horizon account, and UX Horizon does not maintain a cloud account containing your personal media. UX Horizon also does not currently use Facebook Login or store Facebook Platform profile data. This means there is normally no server-side UX Horizon account to delete.

2. Delete app data from your Android device

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Choose Apps and select the UX Horizon app.
  3. Open Storage & cache.
  4. Choose Clear storage or Clear data.
  5. You may then uninstall the app if you no longer want it.

Menu names vary by device. Clearing storage removes local settings and app-managed information. Uninstalling usually removes the app’s private local data.

3. Delete files saved outside the app

Media that you explicitly saved, exported or restored to a shared folder can remain after you clear storage or uninstall an app. Use Android’s file manager or gallery to locate and delete those copies. Check the trash or recycle bin as well if your device uses one.

4. Remove permissions and folder access

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps.
  2. Select the UX Horizon app and open Permissions.
  3. Remove any permission you no longer want the app to use.

For a folder selected through Android’s system picker, clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes the app’s saved access grant.

5. Request deletion from UX Horizon

If you emailed us or believe you sent personal information directly to UX Horizon, email business.uxhorizon@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.

Please include only:

  • the email address you used to contact us;
  • the app or service involved;
  • an approximate date; and
  • a brief description of what you want deleted.

Do not send your PIN, password, private media or identity documents. We may ask for limited information needed to verify the request. We will respond within a reasonable period and delete eligible information unless retention is required for security, legal duties or legitimate records.

6. Information handled by service providers

Some technical, analytics or advertising information may be processed by Google services such as Firebase, Google Play or Google Mobile Ads. UX Horizon may not be able to identify or delete provider-held data using only your email address. You can use Android and Google privacy controls to reset or limit advertising identifiers and manage related activity.

7. Future account or Meta features

If a future UX Horizon service introduces an online account, Facebook Login or other server-held user data, these instructions and the Privacy Policy will be updated with the specific deletion method before that feature is made available.
